BEFORE:

Please plan ahead for the carpeted areas you want us to clean. Make sure we have access to the rooms where professional cleaning needs to be done.
Take note of any problematic areas on your carpet that may need extra attention from our experts before we clean. Mark any additional concerns you may have regarding cleaning.
Make sure you or someone from your family is available at your home during the cleaning schedule.
Ensure that the carpeted space you want cleaned is fully clear of any obstacles, lingering items, and objects that may get in our way.
Take care of and store any fragile items lying on your carpet to avoid damage.
Please move any moveable, lightweight furniture placed on your carpet beforehand.
If you have kids or pets or both at home, be prepared to keep them off of your carpet during and after our cleaning.
Make sure your property has a parking slot for our cleaning vehicle upon visit.

AFTER:

After we clean, avoid walking on or placing the furniture back on your carpet until it’s fully dry.
Stay off of them for at least 6 to 8 hours or as suggested by our technicians, and keep pets and kids away.
Provide your carpeted room enough ventilation and air circulation to speed up drying.

BEFORE:

Declutter the furniture and upholstered items you want us to clean.
Take away any lingering objects, breakables, or stray toys lying on and around your furniture.
Make a note of any special concerns or problem spots you want us to pay attention to.
Open up windows and doors and allow proper ventilation before, during, and after cleaning.
Keep pets and kids away from your furniture for the next several hours.

If you have furniture covers, place them back only after you’ve cleaned them to avoid re-soiling your upholstery.

Remove any furniture, objects, or items lying on your floors, and clear all the clutter before we arrive.
Note any specific concerns we need to know, especially if your floor has any damaged or broken tiles or cracked grout, so we stay careful during cleanup.
Make sure all the breakables and other items are placed away to avoid damage.
Cover the shelves, furniture, and other items in your surroundings to prevent their contact with our floor cleaning solutions.
Make sure you have enough water supply for a thorough cleanup and rinsing of your floors.
Give your floors a quick sweep to remove all the loose debris from the surface before we clean.
Make sure you or someone from your family is available at your home during the cleaning schedule.
Ensure to make enough space outside your property to help us park our cleaning vehicle upon visit.

AFTER:

Don’t place any carpeting, rugs, or mats back on your floors before they have fully dried.
Avoid any foot traffic, activity, and presence of kids or pets on wet floors.
Provide adequate air-flow to let your tiled surfaces dry faster.
If our experts have sealed your tiled floors, stay off of them for the recommended time to let the sealant dry and cure.

Prepare your wooden floor for cleaning by clearing any clutter, furniture, rugs, and other items covering your floors.
If your floors have a significant amount of surface debris, consider giving them a sweep before we arrive.
Assess your hardwood floors and make a note of any concerned areas needing our attention.
Especially check for any damaged floorboards or protruding nails & fix them to avoid damage during cleaning.
Keep your kids and pets prepared to stay off of the floors for the next 4 to 6 hours.
Tuck any floor-length curtains or draperies to prevent damage during cleaning.

Increase ventilation to allow floors to dry faster.
Keep windows open and HVAC running to allow wood finish fumes to dissipate.
Don’t walk on your floors for 2 to 4 hours after cleaning.
Allow the finish to cure for the amount of time our technicians recommend for your floors.
Don’t place furniture or rugs back on the floors until 24 hours after buffing (or as suggested by our expert.)
Make sure the newly cleaned and buffed floors do not come in contact with any moisture or water so as to avoid damage to the finish.
Avoid dragging items on your floors; prefer lifting. Place felt pads when you replace furniture.

Get your rug ready for our free pickup and delivery for deep rug cleaning.
Declutter your rug, remove items and breakables from your rugs, and keep it prepared to be picked up.
If it contains excess loose debris, you can, optionally, choose to give it a quick pass of vacuum.
Assess your rugs for any problem areas or stubborn stains that may need our expert attention.

Once we deliver the cleaned rug at your home, make sure you replace it on clean floors to avoid re-soiling.
Maintain your rug after cleaning by grooming and vacuuming it often.
Maintain proper air circulation to keep the rug dry after cleaning.

BEFORE:

Although our janitors will clean your workplace with minimal disruption, have your staff informed about our schedule & arrival beforehand.
Arrange your work schedule accordingly to prevent major disruption in your work.
Secure any important/confidential documents and valuable items to avoid misplacing them during cleaning.
Ask your employees to declutter their individual desks to prepare for cleaning.
